HELP SECTION

WHEN SHOULD I REQUEST ADDITIONAL COVERAGE?

If you expect to place ongoing orders in an area we do not currently service, you are welcome to request additional coverage. We will consider advertising for new field agents in that area to expand our network.

However, if you only anticipate occasional or infrequent orders, please do not request additional coverage. Recruiting and onboarding new field agents requires a consistent volume of work, and we do not want to encourage applicants to join if we cannot provide them with regular assignments.

Thank you for helping us grow our network responsibly.

Primary Field Agents are independent contractors who have a score of 83% or above and typically travel more than 7 miles from their residence.

Geocoding is powered by Nominatim (OpenStreetMap).
